Frederick Larsen II

A proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Fred discovered his passion for real estate through his active involvement in the Pitt Real Estate Investment Club. That early exposure laid the foundation for what has become a thriving career in investment-focused real estate, particularly within Pittsburgh’s fast-moving and competitive market.

Since then, Fred has successfully facilitated over 200 real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, wholesales, and investment deals. His dedication, market insight, and ability to build strong relationships have earned him a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable figure in Pittsburgh’s real estate community. Fred continues to grow his impact at Prime Properties USA, LLC, helping investors and families alike achieve their real estate goals through smart, strategic deals.

Outside of real estate, he is a passionate supporter of Pitt football and a loyal fan of the Philadelphia Eagles — bringing the same energy and team spirit to his work as he does to game day.

Bryan Dodson

Bryan has amassed over two decades of sales and marketing experience, Bryan has built a distinguished career in sales leadership, spanning Yahoo!, J.P. Morgan, Indeed.com, as well as green energy and water start-ups. Alongside his professional endeavors, Bryan has excelled in real estate investment for 15 years, achieving success in both Texas and Pennsylvania. At Prime Properties USA, he serves as a partner, focusing on operations, acquisition, and management of significant single-family portfolios, while also consulting in digital advertising. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is actively involved in community leadership roles in Frisco. Family-oriented, he enjoys coaching his daughters' sports teams, teaching Sunday school, golfing, traveling, and engaging in community outreach.

Shaun McQuistion

Shaun boasts a distinguished career spanning over three decades in real estate, marked by over 10,000 transactions totaling more than $1 billion primarily in Texas and Pennsylvania. As President of Dallas Prime Properties, LP, a leading creative home financing company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Shaun has significantly influenced the real estate sector. Additionally, he previously served as President of North Texas's largest real estate investment club, earning renown for his expertise and integrity. Shaun's contributions have established him as a respected figure in the industry, and his extensive experience continues to drive excellence. Outside work, Shaun finds fulfillment in family time, travel, and cherishing precious moments with loved ones, embodying a balanced and rewarding life journey.

One of the key members of our team is Stephanie Miller, who has been with PPUSA for over three years.

Steph has been a dedicated team member at Prime Properties USA, LLC for over three years, overseeing the construction and development of each property. Always hands-on and on-site, she manages renovations, coordinates with contractors, and ensures every home meets our high standards.

Her eye for detail and commitment to quality help turn our properties into warm, move-in ready homes that families can be proud of. As PPUSA grows, Stephanie continues to expand her knowledge and skills, staying focused on building homes that truly feel like home.

Property Manager

Louise Labe

Louise is a dedicated and highly effective Property Manager with a strong commitment to maximizing property value and ensuring tenant satisfaction. She has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and expertly handles all aspects of property operations such as property maintenance, emergency repairs, and vendor managements. Outside the office, she embraces a vibrant life outside of work. She's an avid runner to stay active and clear her head. Louise is also a devoted dog mom, and her furry companion often her constant source of joy. To round out her leisure time, she loves exploring new culinary experiences and eating out at local restaurants.

Joanna has been a key part of Prime Properties USA, LLC for the past three years, serving as our Operations Manager. With extensive experience in real estate operations, she brings a strong foundation in organization, problem-solving, and team collaboration. Her ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of our company.

Joanna is known for her empathetic and approachable nature, especially when supporting tenants and addressing their needs. She takes pride in creating a positive and professional living experience, ensuring that both our clients and team members feel heard, supported, and valued.

Outside of work, Joanna finds joy and inspiration in music — her creative outlet and personal passion.

Sales & Marketing Specialist

Jamella Delgado

Jamella, also known as Ella, is a proud graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, holding a degree in Marketing Management. Since joining Prime Properties USA, LLC in 2020, she has become a key member of the team, bringing over 4 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.

A results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist, she supports the sales department through strategic marketing, lead generation, and client engagement. Her directly contributed to the successful sale of over 170 properties and the generation of 8,000+ warm leads through targeted, multi-channel campaigns.

Outside of work, she’s a loving wife, mom, and daughter, passionate about creating meaningful memories with her family.
